Wednesday 6:00 - 9:00 PM (September 21 - December 21)

An intensive class for beginning and experienced students to capture the mood and expression of both three-dimensional and relief portrait sculpture. Facial Structure, including the proportion of the skull and the examination of physiognomy will be emphasized. The critical observation of life models and introduction to sculptural techniques, including the intricacies of bas-relief and the preparation of pieces for firing are all part of this hands-on portrait class.
