13 Weeks
Tuesday
10:00 - 1:00 PM
(September 18 - December 11)
This class is for those students who are ready for intensive work with the model in a designed setting. Drawing is emphasized, as well as a brush-up on watercolor fundamentals- volumes, color, composition, and clean washes. Painting the live model in the environment includes an exploration of the nuances of the human figure, as well as the study of drapery, still life, landscape, and interior furnishings. Classes will begin with the clothed figure outdoors, weather permitting, and the nude in the interior as the weather cools. Materials list sent upon registration.
