Explore the beauty of forms in nature and learn how to capture the character of your subject using the expressive medium of pen and ink with color wash. Learn the traditional art of inking using the crowquill pen with its rich vocabulary of flowing lines, tonal variations and textures. Through hands on exercises, you will learn the basic skills of pen and ink drawing and other fun techniques using the technical pen and washes of color with a brush. Combine these techniques to create a realistic or expressive study of your subject. All levels welcome.
