This course has been tailored for the Pastellist who is ready to transcend the fundamentals of Pastel applications. The student will learn how to describe the hard surfaces that one sees in many still life paintings as well as how to paint water in a mill pond or open sea. These studies will include learning a variety of applications that can be used to describe objects in the landscape. Emphasis will be given on constructive critiques and individual guidance. Materials list sent upon registration.
