This class will focus on designing jewelry that does not require major tools or equipment. The work made in this class could be done in any studio with minimal equipment, and will include the use of cold connections such as rivets, tabs, and wire work. We will also investigate the use of precious metal clay, some basic enameling, and handwoven chains that require little to no heat. The class will be split between demonstrations and work time, so students have time to apply new techniques. This class is designed for all levels, no experience necessary.
