SA 4: Enameling Workshop
Instructor:
Alice Carroll
Enameling is the process of melting and fusing powdered glass to copper, silver, and nickel silver, resulting in a glossy, colorful finish. Through demonstrations, the class will have the opportunity to focus on a variety of basic and some advanced enameling techniques such as cloisonne in this week-long workshop. We will also discuss how color can be used to enhance design. With lots of time to experiment and step-by-step instructions, we will discover new ways to add color to your jewelry designs. Metal can be purchased from the instructor.
