Instructor: Dustan Knight

1 Week
Saturday 10:00 - 3:00 PM (December 4 - December 4)

How do you paint white flowers in watercolor? Well you sort ofdon't. You paint behind them. Check out this workshop that guides you step by step through the process of painting white florals. Instructor Dustan Knight has loads of experience and tips for achieving the glowing white of a peony or rose so you can do it too. Bring 140 lb. arches hot press watercolor paper, at least 11 x 14", full range of colors including some warm turquoise blues and cadmium yellow light. Bring your biggest brushes, lunch and a large water bucket, palette, paper towels, support board for paper, masking tape and drawing tools. You might bring photographs or real white flowers for inspiration. All levels.
