Alice Carroll received her BFA from Portland School of Art and her MFA from Rochester Technology School for American Craftsmen. She was an artist in residence at Penland School of Crafts for two years before returning to southern Maine where she currently resides. Alice is a working metalsmith with gallery affiliations throughout the United States. She splits her time between making Sterling and 18k gold jewelry and copper and bronze sculptural work, and has been teaching her craft for the last decade.
