Norma Machado is a professional artist and teacher. Although trained as a Commercial Artist and Illustrator, she ventured into the Fine Arts field during the decade of the 1970's and earned acceptance into several professional art organizations. She holds signature memberships with The Copley Society of Boston and The Pastel Society of America and in recent years has been the recipient of several major awards sponsored by The Currier Gallery of Fine Arts. Her work is included in several corporate and many private collections throughout New England and the United States.
