Tom Glover, 10 Weeks
Monday 6 – 9, January 25 – March 28
Finding the right image source can help in the beginning stages of a painting. A good photograph can advance the idea of a landscape/seascape/cityscape and propel the artist in a creative direction right out of the block. The focus in this course will be to talk about finding good photographic images and using them as a tool into picture making with paint (either oils or acrylics). The photograph will be used as a guide only, the painting will become the main concern as it takes clues from the photographic source.
