This class will guide you through the entire process of making pottery on the wheel — from wedging and centering clay to throwing, trimming, and glazing your finished pieces. You'll learn essential techniques for creating cylinders, cups, bowls, and more, with demonstrations of surface decoration and glazing methods to help you enhance your work. Intermediate students can explore more complex forms, altered shapes, and handle pulling techniques. Work at your own pace with personalized guidance, altering, and pulling handles. Tool kits are available for $15. Bring your own towel. $85 Lab fee includes 25 lbs. of clay, glazing and firing included in tuition
